Dr John Moi is a rheumatologist who consults privately from Suite 25 of the Private Medical Centre at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He also practices as a rheumatologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
He holds degrees in both medicine (obtained through the University of Sydney) and physiotherapy (University of Melbourne). He completed his medical internship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA, Sydney), physician training through the Austin Hospital, and rheumatology training through the Austin and Royal Melbourne Hospitals.
Teaching is one of his other passions and he lectures on rheumatoid arthritis at the University of Melbourne, and is actively involved in teaching, training and examining physician trainees at Royal Melbourne Hospital.
He completed his Masters of Medicine (research thesis) through the University of Melbourne, investigating a novel biomarker of cardiovascular disease risk in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
